Open water swim coach

Andy runs the group. He's an Ironman and he's done the extreme ice kilometre, along with other qualifications.

On the platform

Andy's wife. She welcomes swimmers onto the platform and checks people on the way in and on the way out.

Gaye is on the platform. She makes sure the volunteers know their jobs, and she watches for swimmers going off course.

She looks after the group's social media, and you'll often find her on the platform rounding up the volunteers, or on the water herself.

Martin John Shepherd

Platform safety

If you need a tool, Martin has it. He looks after safety on the platform. He's a diver, and he takes the powerboat out when it's needed.
